Blaze’s integrated AI image generation tool is designed to be a powerful creative partner. To ensure a safe and responsible experience for everyone, there are specific boundaries regarding the types of images the AI can create.
If a generation failed or is declined, it is likely because it overlaps with one of the safety categories outlined below.
Prohibited Content Categories
1. Public Figures
To prevent the spread of misinformation and protect privacy, the AI cannot generate photorealistic images of public figures.
Public Figures: This includes politicians, celebrities, professional athletes, and well-known influencers.
Private Individuals: You cannot upload or describe a real person to generate their likeness.
Deepfakes: Any attempt to place a real person’s face onto another body or into a different context will be blocked.
2. Safeguarding Minors (Children)
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for content that puts children at risk. Images involving minors are subject to the highest level of scrutiny.
Strict Prohibitions: Any content that sexualizes, objectifies, depicts harm toward, or shows a minor in an age-inappropriate or exploitative context is strictly forbidden.
Safe Depictions: You may generate fictional children in wholesome, everyday settings (e.g., "a child reading a book" or "kids playing tag in a park"). However, if a prompt featuring a child is declined, the system is likely acting with an abundance of caution to ensure safety.
3. Explicit, Violent, or Hateful Content
The AI will not generate content that is:
Sexually Explicit: This includes nudity, graphic sexual acts, or highly provocative imagery.
Violent or Gory: We do not allow depictions of extreme violence, self-harm, or graphic injuries to humans or animals.
Hateful: Content that promotes discrimination, disparages protected groups, or uses hate symbols is prohibited.
4. Illegal & Deceptive Acts
The tool cannot be used to facilitate or depict:
Illegal Activities: Such as drug manufacturing or criminal acts.
Fraudulent Documents: Creating fake IDs, passports, or financial records.
5. Copyrighted Characters
To respect intellectual property rights, the AI cannot reproduce characters that are protected by copyright.
Fictional Characters: This includes characters from movies, TV shows, video games, books, and comics (e.g., superheroes, animated characters, or franchise mascots).
Brand Mascots: Generating recognizable commercial mascots or brand characters is not permitted.
Style Imitation: While general artistic styles are not copyrightable, prompts that attempt to reproduce a specific artist's signature work or a clearly identifiable copyrighted design will be declined.
6. Misinformation
The AI will not generate images designed to deceive or mislead others.
Fabricated Events: Images that depict events that never happened in a realistic or documentary style.
False Contexts: Realistic imagery intended to misrepresent a situation, such as staging a scene to look like a news photograph.
Manipulated Reality: Composites or altered images designed to make something false appear credible or factual.
7. Political Content
To maintain neutrality and prevent misuse, the AI avoids generating politically charged imagery.
Political Figures & Campaigns: Images of politicians, party symbols, or campaign materials that could be used for propaganda or electioneering.
Partisan Messaging: Content that promotes or attacks a specific political party, ideology, or movement.
Sensitive Political Events: Depictions of elections, protests, or political conflicts in ways that could be inflammatory or misleading.
8. Intellectual Property
Beyond copyrighted characters, the AI respects a broader range of protected intellectual property.
Trademarked Logos & Branding: Generating recognizable logos, wordmarks, or branded visual identities is not permitted.
Protected Artwork: Reproducing specific artworks, illustrations, or designs that are owned by artists or studios is prohibited.
Product & Packaging: Realistic recreations of branded product packaging or trade dress are not allowed.
