Locate and Start the Facebook Text Post Wizard
From the home page:
Click Create New
Locate and select the Social Media filter
Locate and select the Facebook tag
Locate and select the Facebook Text Post wizard
Describe the topic of your post
Use the text prompt box to describe the post that you would like Blaze to create for you. The more information you are able to provide here, the better your results will be.
Once you've entered your prompt click Have Blaze autofill the rest.
Review and Adjust the Wizard
Blaze will use the information you provided in your topic description to fill out the rest of the wizard. Review and adjust the wizard to best suit your needs.
Review and adjust the following:
Document Name and Project
Emojis included in your post
Keywords
Post Length
Brand Voice (or up to three tones)
Source Material
Cross Posting
Once you have reviewed and adjusted your options click Select Images to proceed.
Review and Select Images
Blaze will take the context you've provided in the wizard to present some images that may work for your post. If you see something you like, select to have it included in your post.
If you don't see something you like, click Add From Another Source. This will open up the Blaze Image Workflow. Here you are able to specify an image that you would like to include.
The Blaze Image Workflow supports the following options:
Generate - Generate an image using a text prompt with the power of AI.
Upload - Upload an image from your computer to Blaze.
Recently Uploaded Media - Any previous images that you have uploaded or used in posts will be shown in this category.
Add file link - Link to an image that is already on the web.
Stock images - Search through the stock image library.
GIFs - Search through the GIF library.
Use your preferred method to locate the media you would like to include in your post. Once an image is selected, the Blaze Image workflow window will close.
You can repeat this process if you would like to include multiple images.
Once you are ready to proceed click Generate Post.
Review your Content in Blaze Documents
Blaze will now take all of the information provided in the wizard and craft a handful of post ideas based on the information you provided (and the images that you selected) inside of Blaze Documents.
Blaze Documents detects that you a creating a social media post for Facebook so it dynamically adds in a Post Preview panel at the top of the document.
The document editing content is located underneath the Post Preview panel in a section titled Brainstorming and Drafts.
Post Preview
This panel is divided into two sections a live text field on the left and a preview pane on the right. Any edits or adjustments performed in the text panel on the left will be automatically updated in the preview pane on the right.
You can add or remove images to be included in the post using the Add Images or Videos button located underneath the live text pane and preview pane.
Brainstorming and Drafts
The Brainstorming and Drafts panel is located underneath the Post Preview section.
It contains all of the caption ideas that Blaze generated for you based on the information your presented in the wizard. By default Blaze places the first caption into the Post Preview.
All of the text in this section is editable.
If you want to experiment with different captions simply copy and paste the text ideas into the post preview live field.
Publishing your Content
Once you are happy with your content you have a few different ways to publish your content. Click the Choose How to Post button to bring up the options.
Schedule to post Automatically
Select a date and time for your post to automatically go live on your social media account. Integration with Facebook must be set up for this to work.
Status will change to "Autoscheduled"
Set a reminder to post
Select a date and time for Blaze to send you an e-mail with a link to jump back to this post. This is great if you need to review details before you publish your content.
Status will change to "Reminder Set"
Mark as Posted
This option is designed to help track manually posted the content for users who prefer to manually copy and paste the post content over to their social media accounts.
Status will change to "Posted"
