Connect Mailchimp with your Blaze workspace

The built in Mailchimp integration allows you to connect your Mailchimp account with your Blaze account so you can design and distribute e-mails from directly inside of Blaze.

For this process to work you must be an admin of your Blaze workspace and have credentials for your Mailchimp account.

Access Integrations

  • Click Integrations located in the sidebar.

  • Locate the X integration and click it to start the connection process.

Confirm changes to Content Plan

Blaze will prompt you with a message on how it will modify your content plan to create content for Mailchimp. Review the text, then click Add Integration to proceed.

Now click Go to Mailchimp to begin the connection process.

Log in and Authorize your Mailchimp account with your Mailchimp credentials

Click Allow for the Mailchimp connection.

Confirm Connection in Blaze

Now you will be asked to select your Mailchimp account on Blaze. Make your selection and then click Connect 1 Account.

Blaze returns a message letting you know that all e-mail content will get distributed to your default distribution list - which you can select here.

Select your default distribution list and click confirm to dismiss this message.

You should be taken back the integration page. Mailchimp should be now located in the "In your Content Plan" section with a green icon next to it. This indicates that its connected correctly.

Checking your Content Plan

Select Content Plan from the side bar. Then click Adjust Defaults then Channels. Scroll down to Emails. Enable it if not enabled and adjust the amount of content you want. Click Save as Default to confirm your changes.

As your content plan generates content you will see Emails appear on your calendar that are automatically generated. They will get distributed to the e-mail distribution list you selected at the end of the integration process.
