There are several instances when a post might fail to publish. Most of the time the problem can be traced to an integrations error. Try these troubleshooting steps to retry failed posts:
Check the integration for the platform that the failed post was intended for. You can access your integrations by going to Brand Kit
If integration is healthy, retry the post by pressing "Post Now" in the calendar dropdown in the Editor view for the post
If the integration is showing as disconnected, click "Refresh" on the affected integration to re-authenticate
If there are specific error messages in the Publish pane (e.g. forbidden characters in copy), please screenshot the error message and send to Support with a link to the post
If the post continues to fail to publish, or if your integrations need reauthentication frequently, reach out to Support via in-app chat or by emailing [email protected] to help
