The Google Drive integration gives you a fast way to bring your images, videos, and source materials into Blaze. It’s built for bulk importing and helps keep your workspace stocked with the brand assets that Blaze can use to create high-quality content.

Only Blaze workspace admins have the ability to connect accounts to Blaze.

What You Can Import

Once integrated, the file selector only shows file types Blaze can actually use. Unsupported formats stay hidden to avoid clutter.

Supported file types for Images & Video:

  • JPG, PNG, GIF

  • MP4, MOV

Supported file types for Source Materials:

  • PDF

  • TXT

  • Markdown (MD)

Anything outside these formats will not appear inside the picker.

How to Connect Your Google Drive Account

  1. Click on Brand Kit in the navigation

  2. Click Connect on the Google Drive card.

  3. Choose the Google account that holds your assets.

  4. Approve access so Blaze can display eligible files.

  5. Connect the account

  6. Now on the Source Materials page, you will see the option to Import Files. A similar option is available on the Images & Video tab.

  7. Now you can navigate or search through your Google Drive files to select which assets you would like to import.

  8. Files imported through the Google Drive integration will show the Google Drive logo.

Bulk Import Limits

You can import up to 100 files per selection. If you need more, start another import immediately after. This keeps the process stable even when you’re working with large libraries.
