Connecting your Shopify account allows Blaze to autopost to your blog on your behalf on a post's selected date and time.
Only Blaze workspace admins have the ability to connect accounts to Blaze.
You must have admin access to the Shopify store you want to connect.
Your store must have at least one blog created in the Shopify admin.
Go to Content > Blog Posts > Add blog
How to Connect Your Shopify Account
Click on Integrations in the navigation
Scroll down to the Blog section and click Add Shopify.
Enter your Shopify's store URL. If you have a custom domain (eg. matteosdrums.com), use that instead of the default myshopify.com URL.
Approve permissions so Blaze can publish posts to your blog.
Connect the account
Now select the default blog where posts should publish as well as the the default author.
Now your account is connected 🎉 Go to the Content Plan to change the amount of blogs that get published each week.
FAQ
Can I customize the metadata for each blog post?
Yes! In Blaze, click Edit Document in the Preview to view the blog post in the Blaze document editor. Click the Configure Metadata button in the right sidebar to update any field in the metadata.
