What is a Multi-channel Campaign?
Multi-channel Campaign is a way to take any piece of content, whether a document in Blaze or an external URL, and repurpose it into multiple different content types.
For example, you can repurpose a blog post into a Facebook post, X Thread, Press Release, and SMS message. All of these new documents can be used to promote the original piece of content, saving you hours of time.
How to Create a Multi-channel Campaign
You can create a campaign from two places: the content creation picker or from a document.
Locate the Multi-Channel Campaign wizard from the Create New button under Advanced Tools.
Or the Turn this doc into 50+ content types button at the top right corner of any document.
Select all the content types you want to create and generate the campaign and click Confirm Details.
Next, fill out the fields of the Multi-channel Campaign wizard.
Confirm the name of your campaign, the location of the content will be created in.
Confirm your Brand Kit
You can also change any of the templates for your visual content by clicking Pick another template.
Click Generate Content to proceed.
If you are not creating a campaign from an existing document, you can select the URL, text, or uploaded file that you would like to use as the source content.
A document will be created for each content type you selected and placed in the Project you selected along with the Campaign Name.
Projects can be viewed as a Table, Calendar, List or Grid. Clicking on the title of any document will allow you to "peek" inside the document and view it alongside other document properties.
FAQ
Can I create a campaign based off an Image or a YouTube URL?
No, the source content for a campaign must be a text-based document or an actual video or audio file.
Blaze will create a transcript of an uploaded video or audio file. Then use that text-based transcript to generate content.
