Improve your Content

From inside any Blaze document, locate the Improve your content section located on the right side of the screen.

You must highlight sections of text you wish to improve before using any of the improve tools.

With the sidebar opened, notice there is a section labeled Improve your content.

Improve Quality

Blaze will rewrite the highlighted section of the document in a pop-up window the appears over-top your existing document.

Edit Tone

Blaze will rewrite the highlighted content of your document in a different tone. You can select a Brand voice or up to three tones. You can also designate the level of revisions you would like Blaze to make to your document.

Once you have made your selections click Revise. Blaze will rewrite a new version in a pop-up window.

Change Length

This tool will instruct Blaze to adjust the length of your document in the following ways:

  • Make shorter - Blaze will reduce the length of the document

  • Make longer - Blaze will extend the length of the document

  • Summarize - Blaze will summarize the content of your document

  • Simplify - Blaze will revise your document to make it less complex

Make your desired selection, then click Revise. Blaze will execute the selected function in a pop-up window.

Understanding the pop-up window

Using Improve Quality, Edit Tone, and Change Length will result in new content being generated in a pop-up window as shown below. You can review and edit your updated version in the pop-up window.

There is a list of tools at the bottom of the pop-up window that allow you to do the following:

  • AI text prompt - Use this to ask blaze to further revise the content in your pop-up window, or generate new content.

  • Copy - Use this button to copy all of the content generated in the pop-up window.

  • Try again - Blaze will repeat the previous action to your content resulting in a slightly different rewrite.

  • Add Below - Blaze will append the rewritten content at the very bottom of your document, preserving the old version.

  • Replace Selection - Blaze will replace the content of your document with the newly generated version in the pop-up window.

Improving from inside the document

After highlighting text in the document editor you can also access the same tools by clicking the text prompt that appears above or below your selection.

These tools operate the same way. Just another path to access them.
