Locate and start the Newsletter Copy wizard
From the home page, click Create New. Then:
Select the E-mail filter
Locate and Select the Newsletter Copy wizard
Select and Describe Newsletter content
Use the tabs to find the text prompt that correlates to the kind of Newsletter you want to create. Available options are:
Promotional
Editorial
Announcement
Other
Describe the content you would like Blaze to generate for you. The more information that you are able to provide. The better the output will be from Blaze.
Once you are ready to proceed click Have Blaze autofill the rest.
Verify Wizard Configuration
Review the rest of the newsletter selections, making adjustments as necessary.
Verify the document name a project
Select brand voice or up to three tones.
Select source material (optional)
Verify target audience

Use this section to further refine the wizard, optionally adding a call to action and/or outlining words you would like Blaze to avoid.
Click Select Images to proceed.
Select Images
Use the select images workflow to choose some images to include in the newsletter copy.
Note: using the optional buttons below will let you do the following:
Try Again - Blaze will re-evaluate the choices it presents to you
Show More - A new row of images will be presented.
Add From Another Source - Use the Blaze Image workflow to manually search, upload, generate, or select additional images.
Click Generate Newsletter to proceed.
Review and Edit Document in Blaze Designer
Blaze will draw on the information in the wizard to generate the content of your newsletter.
Review and edit the content provide in a few different ways:
Manually review and edit
Use the tools under the Improve your Content toolkit section
Use the AI textbar at the bottom of the screen to globally Change Length, Voice & Tone, and/or Improve Quality.
Highlight text to focus these tools to use the same tool's in the pop up ai text bar.
Export Content
Once you are satisfied with the content and images, you can export the text and images using the Prepare to publish tools:
Copy Text To Clipboard will allow copy all text in the doc to your clipboard.
Download Post Media Only will initiate a download of a .zip file containing all of the images in your document.
Import/Paste the content into your newsletter application of choice.
