Watch a video on using Blaze's analytics features below:

Access the Analytics tool

From the home page select Analytics from the sidebar.

Connect your Social Media Accounts

When you first open the tool, your page will be blank and you will be prompted to connect your social media accounts. This will be present even if you have already connected your social media accounts with Blaze integrations.

Use the dropdown menu, shown below, and click Connect New Account.

Select Your Platform

Now choose the platform you want to connect analytics data with.

Currently you can draw analytics data from:

  • X (formerly Twitter)

  • LinkedIn

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

Review and Approve permissions (not pictured)

You will be taken to the selected social media platform to review and approve data sharing permissions required for the analytics tool to perform properly.

Data Exchange Begins

Once you have approved permissions, you will be taken back to Blaze and shown an ETA when your data will be available.

All platforms have a waiting period (usually a few business days) before the the data will be available inside of Blaze.

Using the Analytics tool

Once the data exchange has taken place, you will be able to see information relating to your social media account, post performance, and growth metrics.

Adjust Scale

Use the drop down menu shown below to see performance data presented in various scales to glean insights from various time tables from 7 days up to an entire year.
