How to switch from CoPilot to Autopilot

Because the Autopilot architecture is completely different from Blaze 1.0 (CoPilot), you'll need to create a new Autopilot workspace, even if you're using Autopilot for the same business and brand.

  1. Create a new Autopilot workspace and start your 7-day free trial.

  2. Pick a subscription plan for your Autopilot workspace and enter your billing details.

  3. Go to your workspace settings and Switch Teams to go back to your old CoPilot workspace. Cancel your CoPilot subscription.

  4. Then switch back to your Autopilot workspace and continue using Blaze there.

Our support team is happy to offer white-glove service in moving your subscription from CoPilot to AutoPilot for you. Contact [email protected] and tell them what Autopilot plan you would like and they will do the subscription change for you.

FAQ

Can my Copilot workspace be migrated into Autopilot?

No, because many Copilot workspaces have multiple Brand Kits, and Autopilot has a new architecture and only supports one Brand Kit per workspace, there is no way to migrate a CoPilot workspace into an AutoPilot workspace.

The set up process for a new Autopilot workspace is very straightforward and simple so moving to a new workspace is easy.

I'm on an annual CoPilot plan, can I move my subscription to Autopilot?

Yes, our support team will credit your account for any unused days in your CoPilot subscription that then can be applied to your new Autopilot subscription of choice.

Contact [email protected] and tell them what Autopilot subscription plan you would like and they will cancel your CoPilot subscription, credit your account, and start your selected AutoPilot subscription.

I have multiple businesses / brand kits in my CoPilot workspace, what do i do?

You will need to create an Autopilot workspace for each business/brand kit. Our latest pricing for companies or agencies that manage multiple workspaces is listed on our pricing page, and may include discounts for multiple workspaces. Contact [email protected] to apply the discount or help you create the additional workspaces.

Can I still create my own content in Autopilot?

Yes, Autopilot supports nearly all the same content creation wizards that you know and love in Copilot. The only wizards that have been removed are the 'Multiple Post' / 'Generate a Month of Content' wizards because that functionality has replaced by Autopilot's default behavior of automatically generating new content for you.

Can I integrate multiple social media accounts per platform?

No, Autopilot supports only one account per platform/channel. For additional accounts, you will need to create additional workspaces.

Can I turn off automatic posting or content generation in Autopilot?

Yes, learn how to do so in this help center article.
