⚠️ Note: This article applies only to Blaze Copilot workspaces. If you’re on Blaze Autopilot, the guidance below doesn’t apply. To check which version you’re on, click your workspace icon in the top-right → choose Switch Teams → look at your workspace name.

  • If you see a purple “Autopilot” badge, you’re in an Autopilot workspace.

  • If there’s no badge, you’re using Copilot.

If you signed up for Blaze Copilot before September 15, 2025, your Blaze workspace may support creating, managing, and publishing content for multiple businesses.

Here is what we recommend:

  • Create a brand kit for each business so that all the content created with it is unique to that business.

  • Create a project for each business so that all content around that business is saved in one place and separate from other businesses.

  • Integrate all your social media accounts with all your businesses so you can choose the proper account to publish from.

If you want more of a separation between the businesses, you can create a separate workspace for each business (this requires another Blaze subscription per workspace).
