Autopilot will generate new content for you on a weekly basis, scheduling it on the calendar to automatically post (if you have automatic publishing turned on in Settings). For any posts you've created manually or with Autopilot, you can schedule, reschedule, or unschedule them in several ways:
From the post editor view, click the date dropdown in the right sidebar to schedule, unschedule, or reschedule the post publish date
From the Table view of a project, select the 'Post Date & Time' cell of the content's row
