Blaze adds a small watermark to visual posts created on the Free Plan. You’ll see it when those posts are published to your connected social channels.
Where the watermark appears
The watermark appears on image and video social posts that are published or downloaded.
For text-based posts with no image, the #MadeByBlaze hashtag is added.
For blog posts and emails, the text 'Powered by Blaze' is added to the end.
The watermark may appear in different places on different images. It is built so that it won't conflict with any other text on the image.
How to remove the watermark
Upgrading to the Starter or Growth plan removes the watermark (and other text additions) from all future posts.
There is no setting to turn the watermark off while on the Free Plan.
Common questions
Does the watermark show up on downloaded assets?
Yes. Visual assets created on the Free Plan include the watermark, whether downloaded or published.
Will upgrading remove the watermark from content already published?
No. Upgrade changes apply to future creations and posts.
Do collaborators see the watermark inside Blaze?
They may see the preview, but removal only affects outputs once your plan is upgraded.
