Start supercharging your automations with the help of Blaze's integration with Zapier! With Blaze's Zapier integration, you can easily publish your Blaze content to your platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.

You can also automate generating content based on external triggers, such as when a row is added to an Airtable Base. Get started with the power of automation today!

Using Triggers to publish your Blaze documents

Triggers allow you to send data from Blaze to Zapier to connect to your other applications. Blaze currently supports a trigger to Publish you document content to external services.

  • Publish Doc: Triggers when a doc is manually published.

Using Actions to generate content with Blaze

  • Brainstorm Ideas: Ignite your creativity with Blaze! Enter your topic, and Blaze will turbocharge your brainstorming with epic ideas.

  • Generate an Article: Tell Blaze your mission - be it an email, blog, or script - and kapow! Receive a customized, supercharged document that speaks your brand's language

  • Generate Outline: Let Blaze be your sidekick! Provide a topic and Blaze will assemble an outline to guide your next epic post.

Accessing your API Key

Your API Key belongs to the workspace. You can manage your keys under the Settings modal, at the Integrations tab:

Configuring your Zap Trigger

Within your Zapier account:

  1. Click New to create a new Zap

  2. Click the Trigger and select Blaze AI App

  3. After selecting Blaze AI App click the trigger again to open its configuration:

  4. Select "Publish Doc" and click Continue you'll be asked for your Account:

  5. Click Sign In and a popup should appear to login to Blaze. Use the API Key you got from the Settings modal and name your connection.

  6. Name your and select the Blaze workspace you would like to add the trigger to. The Zap Name will show in your document Publish options, so be sure to use an easily identifiable name.

Publish your doc from Blaze

Once you have configured your Zap and content ready to be published, follow the steps below to trigger your publish action.

  1. Open your document

  2. Expand the Share button in the top right of your document.

  3. Click Export:

  4. Now select the Zap you just created and click Publish. This will export the documents content via the Zap you configured.

Generate content with Blaze

You can connect place to the full ecosystem of Zapier integrations to create custom workflows for your team. Blaze supports the below Actions you can chain together to suite your needs.

Configuring the action

Actions allow you configure a variety of details depending on the content:

  • The Workspace where your content will be created

  • The Project within your Workspace to create content in

  • If you don't select a project it will be under [Your Names]'s Document

  • A Title for your content

  • If you leave the title blank, Blaze will automatically add one for you

  • Additional Prompt Text to specify the output details

  • Idea Count for how many ideas to generate if applicable

  • The Brand Voice to write your content in, or choose a predefined tone(s)

  • Any SEO Words you would like included in your content

Once you have configured the above options, click Continue. You can now test your action which will create a test document in your target Project. You can delete the document later, but it confirms your integration is working:

And back at Blaze.ai you can now see the document under the project you specified.
