How to use Blaze as a Marketing Agency

Option 1. Using one workspace for all clients
Agencies with a handful of clients are best suited to use one Blaze workspace for all of their client work. This allows you to create a brand voice for each client and create a project for each client.
Collaborating with clients
You can invite your client to your workspace and share the Project with them, so they can view or edit any document and subfolders in that project, depending on the permissions you grant them.
Alternatively, if you don't want them to be a workspace member, you can invite them as a Guest to any document to collaborate with them on that specific document.
Option 2. Create a workspace for each client
Agencies with a larger roster of clients often opt for creating a workspace for each client. This keeps all client content separate and reduces the chance of human error of putting content in a wrong project or incorrectly granting people the wrong permissions.
The benefit of a workspace for each client is that you also can create more Brand Voices for each client, creating unique voices for different marketing channels (a TikTok brand voice being different from a Blog brand voice).
Workspace-wide settings like integrations, properties, UI color, logo, and more are only available/visible to that workspace, reducing the risk of content being created, viewed, organized, or published by the wrong client.
