Access the Create Case Study wizard
Click on Create New from the side menu.
Scroll down to the content section.
Select Case Study.
Case Study - Preliminary information
Using the first four text boxes describe to blaze the following:
The customer that you want to highlight in this case study
2-3 sentences that describe the challenge the customer was facing
2-3 sentences that describe how your company, product, or service, solved their challenge.
What was the result you helped achieve for your customer?
Clicking I'll fill it in myself will allow you manually enter in additional information.
Clicking Have Blaze autofill the rest will allow Blaze to do this for you.
Select the desired option to proceed.
More ways to Configure allows you to further refine your case study
Clicking Show will reveal additional categories of information that can further hone your case study.
"What facts, notes, or quotes do you want to include" - This section can serve as a catch-all, instructing blaze to consider any facts, notes, quotes, etc... when authoring your case study.
"What SEO keywords should be included?" - this section allows you to input any SEO keywords that you want blaze to include when authoring your case study.
Avoid - This category instructs blaze to avoid using any words, concepts, or phrases that you outline.
Once you have input all of the information above, click Select Images to proceed.
Blaze will provide a selection of images from the stock image library and some AI generated. Both will be selections that Blaze things relate to the topic of your content.
By highlighting the AI generated images you can manually regenerate the image using the Try Again button.
The Try Again button underneath all of the images will tell Blaze to find all new images (stock photos and ai generated)
Show More will add in an additional row of AI generated images.
Clicking Add From Another Source will bring up the Blaze Image Workflow window. You can use this window to manually upload, select stock, or generate an AI image.
Once, you have selected your images click Generate Case Study to proceed.
Review, Edit, and Publish your Case Study
Use the outline, Blaze will generate your case study complete with images and text.
Review and edit the case study as needed.
Highlighting images will bring up the Replace Image button. that will bring up the Blaze image workflow window, where you can find and replace the image with something different.
Clicking Share for Review will bring up the Share for Review options.
The Download button will allow you to download a copy of your document in the following formats:
HTML
PDF
Markdown
The Publish to Web button will provide a link you can share with anyone.
The Request Review button will allow you to invite others, using their e-mail address, to review your content post.
Alternatively, using the Copy Link button will copy a sharable review link to your clipboard that you can paste into an e-mail or chat application to send to others.
βExport will bring up an window with 4 options for exporting your document.
Alternatively you can access the export dialog directly by clicking the ellipsis next to
Share for Review.
