Connecting your Instagram Business account allows Blaze to autopost on your behalf on a post's selected date and time.

Only Blaze workspace admins have the ability to connect accounts to Blaze.
π¨ Important Note: Meta only allows Instagram scheduling integration for Instagram Business accounts that are connected to a Facebook page and managed by an admin for that Facebook page.
Please pay close attention to the Setup section before moving forward with your account connection.
You will need admin privileges in your Facebook Business Portfolio to setup your integration. You can tell you're an admin if when you go to business portfolio settings, you can see "Business Portfolio" under your business name and "Users" as the first section in the navigational rail.
Setup Meta to Enable Instagram Business Scheduling
To prepare your account connection, ensure these three criteria are met for your Instagram Business and Facebook Page.
Your Instagram account is a creator or business account.

Your Facebook profile is an Admin with Full Control for that Facebook Page and Instagram Business account.

How will I know if I am ready to connect my Instagram Business account with Blaze?
You will see both your Facebook page and Instagram avatars when you visit business.facebook.com, when logged into your Facebook profile
Click into Settings in your Facebook business portfolio, then click "Pages" under the Accounts section. Click on your page's name in the menu that appears, then in the main panel, confirm that your name appears under the "People with full control" header.
Next, click "Instagram accounts" under the Accounts section. Click on your Instagram handle in the menu that appears, then in the main panel, confirm that your name appears with "Access to: Insights, Ads, Community activity, Messages and Content".
Connect Instagram Business to Blaze
Click on "Integrations" at the bottom section of the home screen menu:
Click "Connect" on the Instagram Business card.
You will be prompted to enter your Facebook login information or, if you're already signed into Facebook, you can click "Continue".
Next, you will be prompted to connect your Instagram. Remember, your Instagram Business account must be associated with the Facebook profile you are logging in with.
Once logged into Instagram, you'll have the option to grant permissions and select which Instagram accounts you'd like to connect.
When granting permission to Blaze, Facebook will then offer an option to "Choose what you allow". Note that you should not change any of the default permissions. If the permissions are edited, Blaze will not be able to work properly with your account.
When selecting which Instagram Business accounts you'd like to connect, you can select as many or as few as you like using the check boxes.
When you have completed the Meta modal flow, you will be redirected back to Blaze. Once back at Blaze, wait a few seconds and you will be prompted to confirm which Instagram Business accounts you'd like to connect with Blaze, using checkboxes before submission.
Troubleshoot Your Instagram Connection
If you have difficulty connecting your Instagram page, please ensure:
Your Instagram account is a creator or business account.
Your Instagram account is connected to a Facebook Page.
Your Facebook profile is an Admin for that Facebook Page.
Two-factor authentication is disabled on your Instagram account.
To check your business account, navigate to https://business.facebook.com/settings/ and ensure you see the Facebook business profile you are trying to connect with. If you do not, your account may not be configured as a Business or you may not be an Admin.
To check your if your Instagram account is marked as business from your phone head to your profile in the Instagram app. Next, tap the hamburger menu. This action will reveal a menu where, at the bottom, you'll find various options that indicate your account type:
If you have a business account, "Business tools and controls" will be listed.
If you hold a creator account, "Creator tools and controls" will appear.
For a personal Instagram profile, you'll see "Account type and tools."
