Learn how to navigate your Blaze workspace.

Navigation Sidebar

The navigation sidebar is the primary way to navigate to the different pages, files, and settings in Blaze.

  • + Create New - Open the content creation picker to find the type of content you want to create.

  • Home - The primary home screen of Blaze where you can discover different content types to create and also see recently used documents.

  • All Files - Access all documents, projects, and uploaded files in your workspace.

  • Scheduled Posts - See all the posts that you have scheduled to be published in one place.

  • Tasks - All of the tasks, reviews, and approval requests assigned to you and assigned by you will be organized here.

Configure (can be collapsed by clicking on the label)

  • Brand Voices - Create and manage the Brand Voices in your workspaces

  • Knowledge - Create and manage source materials and snippets in your workspace

  • Integrations - Integrate and manage your connected accounts.

  • Blaze Academy - Learn how to use Blaze with helpful tutorials.

  • Settings - Manage the settings of your account and workspace.

The navigation sidebar is collapsible by clicking the << icon at the top to give you more screen real estate as you use Blaze.

Favorites

You can Favorite documents that you use often and add them to your navigation sidebar.

Search

Blaze's search is fast and accurate, not only searching document titles, but also content within the document and the metadata.

Notifications

The notifications menu tells you about activities you need to know - tasks, comment mentions, and requests to review documents so you can easily stay up to date.

You can click on the three dots (•••) to turn on Do Not Disturb or change your notification settings.

Workspace Menu

The workspace menu shows you details about your workspace. You can invite new members, edit workspace settings, and switch between different workspaces.
