What are Favorites?
Favorites is a specialized category in blaze located in your navigation sidebar that allows you to quickly access documents and designs that you return to regularly.
Where are my Favorites?
Favorites are located in the sidebar of your Blaze workspace. If you don't see this category on your sidebar, it just means you don't have any favorites added yet.
Favorites will only appear in the sidebar after you have added documents or designs as favorites - Otherwise this section will remain hidden.
Once visualized, you can collapse or expand the favorites section on your sidebar by clicking the carat next the the Favorites category
How do I add Favorites?
Open up a piece of content that you regularly use in either Blaze Designer or Blaze
Documents. Favorite it to add it to your sidebar.
Either from a project or from the calendar. Click the ellipsis at the top then click Add to Favorites.
From Blaze Documents (Blogs, Emails, Text Based Content)
With one of your favorite documents open, do the following:
Click the ellipsis then click Add to Favorites.
A flag will appear at the bottom of your screen letting you know the document has been added to your Favorites category.
From Blaze Designer
With one of your favorite designs open, do the following:
Click the Ellipsis then click Add to Favorites.
A flag will appear at the bottom of your screen indicating the design was successfully added to your favorites.
Removing Favorites
Repeat this process to remove documents and designs from your Favorites.
In the ellipsis menu Add to Favorites will change to Remove from Favorites.
See All Favorites
From the sidebar, hover your mouse over favorites and then click "See All" to see a dedicated page of all of your favorites.
You can change the view of the favorites page by using the view changer located in the top right corner of the screen.
