White Label is a paid add-on ($20/month) that gives you control over the visual identity of your Blaze workspace. Once enabled, Blaze shifts from Blaze-first branding to your own brand’s look and feel — including your workspace header, buttons, interface, and notification emails.

This upgrade creates a consistent brand environment for anyone working inside your workspace: teammates, clients, or collaborators.

What White Label Includes

1. Custom Workspace Logo

Upload your company logo (or your client’s logo, if you're an agency) and Blaze will display it across the workspace header and in all notification-style emails sent from that workspace.

2. Custom Color Theme

Choose a color that matches your brand palette. Blaze applies this color across:

  • Primary buttons

  • Toggles

  • Key interface actions

Blaze also adapts surrounding UI elements using lighter shades of your color choice to maintain visual clarity and contrast.

3. Branded Notification Emails

All notification emails sent from your workspace will display your uploaded logo instead of the Blaze logo. This keeps every touchpoint aligned with your brand.

How to Enable White Label

You must be a workspace admin to enable White Label.

  1. Go to Settings → General in your workspace.

  2. Select White Label Add-on.

  3. Add the $20/month upgrade to your subscription.

  4. Turn on White Label.

  5. Upload your logo and set your workspace color theme.

Your workspace updates instantly once saved.

Why White Label Your Workspace?

White Label creates a consistent visual environment that aligns Blaze with your brand. Teams use it to present a workspace that feels familiar, polished, and aligned with the rest of their marketing tools.

Agencies apply it to each client workspace so the experience reflects the client’s brand from the moment they log in.

This add-on supports clear ownership, reduces confusion across shared workspaces, and reinforces the professional presentation of your content operations.

FAQ

Can I switch logos or colors later?
Yes. As long as the White Label add-on is active, you can update branding anytime in Settings → General.

Does White Label include a custom domain or URL?
No. White Label customizes the visual branding inside your Blaze workspace and notification emails. Workspace access continues to use Blaze-managed URLs.

Are emails sent from my own email domain?
Notification emails display your uploaded logo but are sent through Blaze’s email infrastructure. Sender domains and email delivery remain managed by Blaze.

Does White Label remove all Blaze references?
White Label replaces Blaze branding in the workspace header and notification emails. Other platform-level elements remain Blaze-managed.

Is this intended for reselling Blaze as my own software?
White Label supports branded client or team workspaces. It does not include resale rights, sublicensing, or platform rebranding outside the workspace experience.

Does White Label affect published content?
No. It customizes your workspace and email notifications, not your generated content.

Does this apply per user or per workspace?
White Label is applied at the workspace level. Any member of that workspace will see the branded version.
